| The
Bull Salmon Club's Dillon HQ was Tom Smith's Upcountry Angler Fly
Shop and Lodging. We had three people in each unit. Every morning
we had muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. The units were air
conditioned and very comfortable and clean. Mary Smith made a lunch
for us every day we were guided. Large tasty sandwiches, chips, fruit,
dessert. Almost more than we could eat. In the evening we enjoyed
a late sunset from the front porch. That is also where we gathered
for the "Great earthquake of '05" that registered 5.6 and
the epicenter was only 11 miles away. Tippet, their dog, was our adopted
mascot for the week - what a smart friendly dog! |
